avoidance

I have a jury trial starting tomorrow and the opposing counsel filed a ticky-tack little motion to try to avoid the trial. So I need to be preparing my little ticky-tack motions, but I am clearing my mind with this useless drivel instead.

If the bandito is reading this, there seems to be some cosmic force driving you from St. Louis. You are a half breed between small town and big city. Perhaps it is time to yin your yang and move out to the country. Happiness, I believe, is harmony. Some would say balance, but I think that to be a little too dialectic. These are good problems to have, welcome them like old friends.
